- any academic discipline, including economics, public policy, or data science at honours or masters-level,

Stage 1: Application and online assessment – Monday 24 February to Friday 21 March 2025
- Submit an online application which includes your CV, cover letter, and academic transcript.
- Complete an online assessment.
Stage 2: Interviews and assessment centre – April 2025
- The next stage of our recruitment process is the interview stage. This will include a case study and a 'get to know you' component.
- First round interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 7 April 2025.
- Second round interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 22 April 2025.
- Applicants who are successful from the interview stage will be invited to an assessment centre in-person at one of Mandala's offices, scheduled in the week commencing 28 April 2025. Mandala will arrange all travel for any interstate candidates.

- Yes, however, to be eligible you would need proof of valid and legal Australian working rights.
- Note: Mandala does not offer work sponsorship.
Do you offer flights and accommodation to interstate candidates for the in-person assessment centre?
- Yes, Mandala will arrange travel and accommodation for successful interstate applicants to attend the assessment centre in Sydney.
