Fitted for Work

To mark 20 years of Fitted for Work, Mandala Partners conducted an economic analysis to quantify the organisation’s impact. Findings show that for every $1 invested, Fitted for Work delivers $2.19 in immediate economic benefits, unlocking $86 million in value over two decades by supporting 45,000 clients. The analysis finds that Fitted for Work reduces job search duration by half compared to the national average, improving employment outcomes. Tap to read the full report.

Consent Labs

Consent education became mandatory in Australian schools through the CRRE curriculum in 2023. Yet delivery remains inconsistent, constrained by teacher workload and curriculum demands. Specialist providers like Consent Labs complement school-based learning by delivering evidence-based programs that drive lasting behavioural change. Consent Labs generates a social return on investment of $3.48 for every $1 invested. Students who completed a Consent Labs program showed a 20 percentage-point increase in knowledge and confidence about consent, with 76 per cent reporting practical takeaways for everyday life. Peace of Mind Foundation

Brain cancer imposes heavy financial, emotional and practical costs on patients and their families, and specialist support outside the hospital system remains scarce. The Peace of Mind Foundation fills that gap through its National Advocacy Service, Community Brain Cancer Navigator program and counselling and community programs. Mandala's analysis finds the Foundation delivers approximately $12 million in economic value each year, a social return of $8.40 for every $1 invested. Extending the model to every new brain cancer patient in Australia is estimated to generate around $85 million in net economic value annually. Tap to read the full report.
